Tasty Thursday

We've neglected our E-Mealz menu this week; so Hubs came up with another easy pasta dish for us to eat in a pinch!

1 lb boneless skinless chix (pounded thin)
1 C fresh spinach
1/2 C mushrooms
1/2 C artichokes
1 jar light Ragu Alfredo sauce

Boil pasta according to box.
Sauté in order: chix, veggies and finally sauce. Cook on med hi until thickened.
Add cooked pasta to sauce! Yum!
